All About Homes and Land was originally started by Daniel Francisco. Daniel’s 20-plus years of experience in a variety of construction trades has shaped the success and quality standards at All About Homes and Land. Starting with just one home at a time, Daniel and his wife Kari built the business organically and thoughtfully. Daniel has incredibly high standards and a crazy work ethic. When he is not on the job site, he is usually out enjoying a round of golf.

REAL ESTATE AGENT & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Kari began her real estate career in 2022 but she is not new to the industry. Kari grew up in a construction family and started flipping homes with her husband in 2013. Kari also has an impressive background as a top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer, earning numerous awards and completing over 600 real estate transactions. Her extensive experience and creative thinking make her a trusted Real Estate Advisor.

PROJECT MANAGER

Taylor is a key part of our team, working closely with Daniel and everyone on site. He has a strong work ethic, integrity, and an exceptional eye for detail. Taylor is hands-on every day, managing day-to-day activities and making sure everything runs smoothly. His clear communication and knack for building solid relationships help us get the job done right. When he's not working he's likely outdoors hiking or camping with his family.

OFFICE MANAGER ASSISTANT

Jane has been with All About Homes and Land since February of 2021. With her background in accounting and finance, Jane ensures that everything behind the scenes is well-organized and efficient. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she plays a crucial role in the daily operations. During her spare time, she enjoys going on road trips or camping trips and spending time with her two dogs.
