Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager or Project Manager Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, working closely with both myself and the company owner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
This is not an office job. You will be on-site every day, engaging in hands-on work and managing day-to-day activities. Clear communication and the ability to build solid relationships with our team and partners are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the management and coordination of construction projects.
Maintain high standards of work quality and adherence to project timelines.
Build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
Problem-solve on the fly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
